St.Joseph’s CMI School Pavaratty, Thrissur, Kerala, India is a nurturing ground for the student's holistic development to feel confident and competent to face the challenges of an ever changing society.This Institute is run by St.Thomas Monastery, Pavaratty (CMI Fathers), and also part of St.Joseph's Educational Institutions Pavaratty. 


Emblem 
The school emblem symbolises the primary objective of holistic development of its pupils and guiding them from darkness of ignorance(avidya) to the light of wisdom(vidya) through hard work.Hard work alone leads to success(LABOR OMNIA VINCIT).This is represented by the icons of luminant lamp and open book along with the motto “inspiring excellence”.We inspire our children to work hard and excel in all the endevours of their lives.

School Hours  09:30 a.m -3:30 p.m

Office Hours  Monday to Friday : 9:30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m.,      2.00 p.m. - 3.00 p.m.
No School business will be transacted on holidays. 

Visiting Hours for the parents (School Office) Monday - Friday 9.30 am - 11.30 am,           2.00 pm - 3.00 pm

Teacher-Parent Meeting : 3rd Wednesday of the month at 2 to 3.30 pm If it is a holiday, parents may meet the teachers on the next working day.

Uniform 

K G Section: 

Monday to Friday Boys : Navy blue shorts & Shirt with Green checks.
Girls: Navy blue pleated frock with green checks sleeve.

On Wednesdays: All the pupils will wear the special uniform (White)


 Class I to VIII 

Monday to Friday Boys : Navy blue shorts & Shirt with Blue checks. Girls : Navy blue pleated pinafore, blouse with Blue checks. On Wednesdays: All the pupils from Std I inwards will wear the special uniform.

Boys should have regular hair cut. Fancy haircut is strictly prohibited. The school uniform is obligatory on all school days and at official school functions unless otherwise indicated. It is the duty of the parents to see that pupils come to school neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform. 

Jewellery and Gold ornaments is not permitted. Girls may wear simple ear-studs only. Girls with long hair should wear it in two plaits, and tied up with white ribbons. Satin thin strands cannot be used as ribbons. Girls with short hair should wear it in two pony tails or two plaits. 

SCHOOL TRANSPORT  The pupils may avail themselves of this facility by paying the Transport fee in advance on quarterly or annual basis. 

SCHOOL FEES Fee can be paid in full or in four installments (May, August, November, and February).The receipts issued by the school office for payment of school fees, bus fees, etc... should be produced for verification, if needed.
